If any changes have been made within the last two months, it is impossible to change them through the customer center.
The available time for changes in the app is 24 hours.
Change your Shinhan Card password
△ Run the Shinhan Card app on your mobile phone.

△Select “My” from the menu on the left and select Manage My Information > Manage My Card from the menu on the right. On the card management screen, select the card you want to change and touch Change password at the bottom of the screen. Please note that in My Card Management, you can report loss, apply for reissuance, and use the pause menu.
△Enter the three-digit CVC number written on the back of the physical card, enter a new password to change from the next step, go through identity verification (mobile phone number, certificate, etc.) and follow the instructions. Please note that if there are more than 5 errors in CVC input, use will be restricted.
If you have forgotten your card password and want to change it, call the Shinhan Card Customer Center or go to a bank window with your ID to change it. If it is impossible to change the password over the phone, there is a limit to changing the password over the phone unless the password has been changed within 2 months or it is not a mobile phone in the person’s name. So, it would be quicker to just go to the nearest Shinhan Bank counter in your neighborhood.
