I found out that you can create a KB Kookmin Bank mobile certificate!

1. Go to the KB Star Banking app of KB Kookmin Bank
‘Search’.
Search for ‘mobile certificate’.
2. Click the KB Mobile Certificate Issuance/Reissuance button at the bottom.
3. Please enter your information
Click the ‘Confirm Mobile Phone Name’ button.
4. This screen appears because I am an iPhone.
Just press send text message.
5. After sending the text, click the ‘Send Verification Code’ button again.
When you receive the verification code, enter it and click ‘Next’.
If authentication is successful, click ‘Confirm’.
6. When this screen appears, click ‘Next’.
7. In case of Face ID enabled mobile phone
