After confirming your customer number, you will be redirected to the electricity bill preview page for your home.

Enter meter value
In the preview screen, you can check the current meter value and enter it in the field where you enter basic customer information. If you do not know how to read the meter, click ‘How to view the meter’ on the screen to view and check. After entering the meter value, press Inquiry.
You can check usage forecast/comparison , real-time usage (rate), this month’s estimated usage (rate) compared to the previous year’s usage, and compared to the previous month’s usage.
