This is a guarantee product that helps the working class, who have difficulty using institutional banks due to low credit and income levels and lack of collateral, to receive loans from banks through guarantee support.
※ Income verification documents: Proof of income amount (limited to business income tax), National Health Insurance Premium or National Pension Insurance Premium payment receipt (last 3 months) (Sunshine Loan is not available to those who have not submitted income verification documents or whose annual income exceeds KRW 40 million)
※ Those who are in the process of a rehabilitation support program (personal rehabilitation, personal workout) or those who frequently delinquent debt are subject to the lowest grade (grade 10) loan limit, and refinancing funds are not available.
If the company is confirmed to have paid consulting fees, success fees, etc. through a broker, etc. and completed the documents, the guarantee may be refused, and if the involvement of a broker, etc. is recognized even after the guarantee, there are disadvantages such as recovery of the guaranteed loan.
