Hi!
There’s something we have to do if we’re going to move.
It’s a transfer report.
It’s a way of proving that I live in this house.

In fact, there are some people who are postponing their move-in because it’s annoying.
If you are a charterer, you must report your move in order to keep your deposit safe!

The reason is to have countervailing power and preferential repayment rights if the house goes to auction or something.
The Housing Lease Protection Act protects the deposit if you have countervailing power and preferential repayment rights.

Then let’s find out how to report moving in quickly and easily.
Community Center – Offline
Requirements: Identity card, charter contract or sales contract
Susu-ro: None

It is the most widely known way to visit the resident center and report your move-in.
It is a hassle to go to the resident center after moving, but I recommend it because it is an easy way to handle it.

You can just have your ID, but you may need a lease, so it’s a good idea to take it with you.
(There may be people who have not lived before.)
