1. Delivery service

We receive products through CJ Courier. If you use another courier company, computer processing may be delayed, which may result in a delay in after-sales service and may incur additional costs, so we recommend that you use the courier reservation service.

There is no round-trip shipping fee for products within the warranty period. If the warranty period has expired or for paid repairs, the round-trip shipping fee is borne by the customer.

 

 

2. Visit after-sales service

To apply for on-site after-sales service, you must select an after-sales service center and specify a visit date on the homepage.

3. iNavi black box repair cost

 

The iNavi black box warranty period is 1 year, and the parts retention period is 60 months.

 

The memory card warranty period is 6 months, which is different from the consumer dispute resolution standard. Please check that some models provide an additional 1 year of free after-sales service period in addition to the 12-month product warranty period.

 

 

1. Free repair

If a defect in performance or function occurs under normal use within the quality guarantee period, we provide free repair.

 

 

2. Paid repair

– Paid repairs are provided for products whose quality warranty period has expired and for products that are subject to paid repairs.

– A service fee is charged for paid repairs, and the service fee is calculated as the sum of the parts cost and repair cost.

– In case of a paid repair, if the same component failure recurs during normal use of the product from the date of repair, free repair is provided within the period specified for each product.

– Please note that even within the quality guarantee period, paid repairs may apply if the product breaks down due to consumer negligence or in other cases.

 

 

3. Repair costs

The after-sales service fee consists of the sum of parts cost and repair cost.

 

Parts cost refers to the cost of parts if replacement parts are required to repair the product. The price includes 10% VAT.

The repair cost refers to labor excluding the cost of parts and is calculated based on the difficulty of the repair and the time required.
